About the Role
We're looking for a Customer Success Engineer to be the technical bridge between our customers and our product team. You'll help customers implement ElasticLake, troubleshoot issues, and ensure they're successful with our platform.
What You'll Do
- Onboard new customers and guide them through integration
- Provide technical support via chat, email, and video calls
- Troubleshoot complex issues and escalate when necessary
- Create customer-facing documentation and tutorials
- Gather and relay customer feedback to the product team
- Conduct training sessions for enterprise customers
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively reach out
Requirements
Must Have
- 2+ years in a technical support or customer success role
- Understanding of cloud storage concepts and APIs
- Experience with at least one programming language
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities
- Empathy and patience when working with customers
Nice to Have
- Experience with S3 or object storage systems
- Knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience with CRM systems (Intercom, Zendesk)
- Background in DevOps or infrastructure
- Multi-language skills
