About the Role
We're looking for a Technical Writer to own our developer documentation. You'll create guides, tutorials, and API references that help developers integrate ElasticLake into their applications smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Write and maintain API documentation and references
- Create getting-started guides and tutorials
- Develop code samples in multiple programming languages
- Build and organize our documentation site
- Work with engineers to understand and document features
- Gather feedback from users to improve documentation
- Ensure consistency across all technical content
Requirements
Must Have
- 2+ years of technical writing experience
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly
- Experience with API documentation
- Familiarity with markdown and docs-as-code workflows
- Strong attention to detail and grammar
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Nice to Have
- Programming experience (any language)
- Experience with cloud storage or S3
- Familiarity with OpenAPI/Swagger specifications
- Experience with documentation platforms (Docusaurus, GitBook)
- Knowledge of SEO for technical content
